Here's another new brand to me! This is Moon Shine Mani With Mini Marshmallow, a November 2021 FB Custom. It's a clear base with pink and white round glitters and mini glitters. I decided to layer it over my previous mani from ella + mila.
Because I already had a mani, I just added two coats of polish and added one more layer of top coat.
I love this! It's so cute. I want to check out more of their polishes.
