Okay, okay, let me finally layer a polish like I'm supposed to! Now, this is the original Zoya Opal, a green/blue flakie in a clear base released in 2012. The item # is ZP583. If you look up Opal on the Zoya website now, it's a pink with rose glitter and #ZP1238 released in 2024. Why the rename? I have no idea.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 1 coat of Cult Nails Fetish (black), then one coat of Opal, and topped it with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. I probably should have done two coats of Opal, but I was happy with it.
I do love how it's a green shifty blue but I'm not a fan of it on long nails. I'm really up in the air about keeping this polish. It's discontinued so I want to keep it but I have SO MANY flakie polishes that I question if I really need this one.
