Going through my Helmer and I totally forgot I had this gem! I think I bought this when I went to Indie Expo Canada, but I can't be sure. But crelly? Flakes? Holo microglitter? Mine mine mine.
I started Duri Rejuvacote, 3 coats of polish and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. Because of the crelly nature, 3 coats was necessary but thin coats did the job - I didn't have to glob it on.
The holo glitter gets absorbed by the base color in this picture but it adds a depth that just makes me happy. I've really been surrounding myself with happy things lately, and this is one of them.
