Today I have ella + mila in line for wine from the Elite collection. This merlot wine red creme actually has a matte finish which makes for an interesting look.
I started with duri Rejuvacote base coat, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. At first I wanted to leave it matte but I'm just not a matte person so I went with top coat. If you want the look of matte but the protection of a top coat, use one more thin coat on top of the top coat.
I only have a few more ella + mila polishes here on my desk to review and this is such a pretty one that I don't think I have a dupe for anywhere else, so I'm keeping it.
