Ready for a juicy red neon from Zoya? Going off my schedule to post the Zoya Color of the Month for July - Frankie! This is listed as a watermelon red neon and it's pretty spot on.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, 2 coats of polish and Zoya Ultra Glossy Seal top coat. This does dry matte because it's a neon.
This is a beautiful raspberry red and I wish I had gotten it early for 4th of July but it's still a great hit all month long!
