I think I was most excited for this cuccio color from the Summer 2022 Karaoke collection. This is Encore, a fire red neon creme. I do think this was a bit more jelly than creme but it definitely does dry matte.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, three coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. Definitely loved this polish.
You can see my VNL a little which is why I feel this is more jelly but still a super beautiful color.
