I have another polish off my Pookie's Polish Swap and today it's ORLY x Kelli Marissa Kelli's Solstice, a stunning cyan shimmer.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish, and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. This polish did apply well.
This actually looked a little thin once I had it on my nails but it's still a cute color.
