I'm still clearing off my desk and didn't realize that I had China Glaze Teal the Fever sitting here from the 2017 Glam Finale collection. This is a blue/green glitter sitting in a clear base.
I started with Morgan Taylor ReactMAX Optical Brightener and then attempted 2 coats on its own. I finished with Glisten & Glow top coat. I really should have layered this over a base color.
While it's a pretty glitter, this doesn't have the payout needed to wear it on its own. Because of the clear base, the glitter just slid around my brush.
