Today is a great day! Fourteen years ago, I started PolishGalore and if I'm looking right, I am now the second longest running nails focused blog in the United States, second to xoxo, Jen. I've actually gotten to meet Jen at a polish convention and I hope to get to see her again one day and this time, we're taking photos!
To kick off today's celebration of ME, I have this great blue base polish with rainbow reflective glitter from Zoya called Amaris. This was their November color of the month which are limited edition.
I started with cuccio base coat, 2 coats of polish and then this is a THIRSTY glitter. I started with cuccio high gloss top coat, then a coat of KBShimmer Smooth Moves and finally another coat of cuccio high gloss top coat. It still wasn't super smooth but I wanted to wear this polish to work so I just had to be diligent on dry time.
My camera could not focus with all this glitter goodness! I'm scheduled for a manicure this weekend and I'm thinking of going back to a squoval shape if I can. I really like my shorties!
So what's next for me? I have SO much polish on my desk and my other desk and FIVE HELMERS almost completely full. I'm going to keep polishing, happily, for as long as I'm able.
