Moving along with the Zoya Fall Two Luxe Noir 2024 collection with a rich, inky indigo that radiates a glow, reminiscent of the night sky. This is Zoya Isley, and surprisingly, it dries matte.

I started with Zoya Anchor, 2 coats of polish, and finished with the Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. Like I mentioned, I was surprised it dried matte but I added top coat to make it last longer.

This did stain my nails a little so double up on your base coat.
