I feel like I've seen this polish before from Zoya. Today in the Zoya Fall Two Luxe Noir 2024 collection, I have Billie, a rich, velvety eggplant shade with a multi-tone micro metallic red finish.
I started with Zoya Anchor, 2 coats of polish, and finished with the Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. This polish is very opaque and I needed to be careful not to flood my cuticles.
I do love this color a lot. There's a lot going on with it!
