Just look at this glowy polish from Nailed It! This is Tail Whip, a gold to green shifting base packed with holo flakes that was created for Hella Handmade Creations.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. The formula was really easy to work with.
The green-gold is seen most prominently, and you can only see the sky blue at extreme angles. I will be passing this polish along.
