Morgan Taylor Wrapped In Riches

Alright! Last polish from the Morgan Taylor Royal Life collection - Holiday 2013 and it's Wrapped In Riches, a green & blue glitter in a clear base. I was actually super excited for this one.

I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. This polish applied well and dried matte but again - top coat.

I'm not sure why these glitters hate my camera but it really was a nice polish.
