From the Winter 2014 "Home for the Holidays" collection, this is Snow Place Like Home, which is supposed to be a "winter-inspired special effect shade". Originally, this was iridescent glitter and shimmer in a very lightly pigmented white base but uh, mine yellowed... hard.
