I have another mini bottle today. This is bluebird lacquer, which was transitioned from the brand name Lou It Yourself. Today, I have Participation Trophy from the PolishCon NYC VIP bag. It's a fuchsia polish with a very slight blue shimmer.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. The formula was easy to use, but the mini bottle's short brush was a little hard for me.
You can just barely see the shimmer but it's there, I promise!
