This is another new polish brand to me! Today I have Pampered Polishes Oh, Behave!, from the April 2023 Polish Pick Up. This is a deep blue matte polish with white matte glitter.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, and then two coats of polish. Because this was matte, I didn't add a top coat. If I was going to wear this long term, I'd wear top coat and then add one more coat of polish for the matte effect. This polish didn't stain, which was a relief.
This was really a neat polish, but I'm going to pass it on.
