I promise this is a different polish from the other day. This is colors by llarowe Deep In The Heart of Texas, and it was the VIP Exclusive polish during the Indie Shop San Antonio, October 2017. This polish is a deeper purple holographic.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, two coats of polish, and finished with ILNP Glass Candy. This formula was so super smooth.
I am obsessed.
