The chokehold that black holographic polish has had on me over the years is strong. Today I have colors by llarowe Can We Have Trudeau? from Indie Expo Canada. This was one of the limited edition polishes.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge-filling base coat, two coats of polish, and finished with ILNP Glass Candy top coat. This formula was super smooth and opaque.
Just LOOK at that little galaxy happening in the bottle! You can't see all the crazy sparkle on the nails but trust me, it's there. I almost put this one back in my Helmer but I have other black holographic polishes to love on, so I'll let this one go to a new home.
