Does anyone remember the chokehold that Pipe Dream Polish used to have in the indie world? Today I have graffiti tag which is a pink polish with lots of pink, yellow, and turquoise glitters in various sizes.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish was pretty easy to apply.
It's sweet! Reminds me of a kids' birthday party.
