I miss Tonic Polish. They had so many great polishes! Today I have Starlit Dawn from their Late Summer 2020 collection. This is a scattered holo with peach-red iridescent shimmer and flakies that shift from yellow to green.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, three coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish is a little sheer and I did try layering it over black on a nail wheel but I didn't love it.
Such a pretty polish! This brand has closed shop and is no longer available for sale.
