I'm continuing with the cuccio Fall/Winter 2021 "Your Time to Shine" and today I have dive on in, a smoky blue-grey shimmer. I didn't clock shimmer with this polish but the press release said "shimmer."
I started with cuccio Base Coat, three coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. The formula on this polish was a little thin at first but it finally built up to opacity.
So I'm not a huge fan of this color - I just don't think it's flattering on me. Also, my pinkie is being a rebel and not bending correctly, so I'm sorry for the wonkiness.
