Glitter toppers - love them, hate them, or just in between, this is a glitter bomb for sure. This KBShimmer from Summer 2014, called Scribble Me This, is packed with black, white, and neon glitters. I decided to layer one coat over yesterday's manicure.
The clear base on this has tinted just a little, so I decided to clean off my middle nail and go bare coat. I decided to use one more coat of ella + mila in a rush top coat.
This is such a fun polish.
