I have another Shimmer polish from my Pookie's Polish Swap and it's named Crystal (so close!). This is a glitter bomb of brown, gold, green, amber and there was originally holo sparkle. This polish was originally released in 2013 and I do feel like some of the green glitter has faded.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This is definitely packed with glitter in just the two coats.
