I have a 2017 PolishCon special from KBShimmer called Kiss My Butkus You Ditka which is a navy blue, near Chicago Bears blue polish loaded with linear and scattered holographic sparkle and this had micro orange glitters.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. The polish applied really well.
Cute! I'm going to let it to someone else though.
