Look at this neon green today! Today is JReine Radioactive Nom Nom, a neon green with yellow shimmer. The label has worn off but the bottom label was intact.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This formula did dry matte but you know that I love my top coat to make everything glossy.
I almost wished I had used a white base color because I'm just not a fan of seeing my nails under the polish.
