I haven't been a Polish Pick Up purchaser, but they sure have some super unique offerings! Today I have Sweet Heart Polish Summertime Scramble from June 2022. This is a neon green polish with gold flakies and golden shimmer.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 3 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. Three coats still didn't give me full opaqueness but it was good enough.
I sure feel like I've been seeing more neon greens lately! Granted, they are older but it's still around quite a bit. What's your thoughts on neon green?
