When I saw OPI Dating a Royal in my last swap with Pookie's Polish Swap, I was so stoked to see a beautiful royal blue. This was from the Mod about Brights Summer 2008 collection but surprise - it's a jelly/crelly!
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. The first coat was super thin but the second coat worked better.
It's beautiful but I wish it was a solid creme.
