This is another new polish brand for me! This is Broken Pixel Polish, and today I have Harp's Rhapsody, a blue jelly full of flakies. Look how beautiful it is in the bottle!
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 3 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. Being a jelly, this polish won't be opaque but it was still super pretty.
This polish is a nod to Sailor Mercury - I used to be obsessed with Sailor Moon when I was in my teen years. This polish is still available for purchase as I write this.
