I've been going through my KBShimmer drawer and today I've pulled a polish from the Spring 2016 collection. This is Hello Dahlia, a shimmery orange crelly with micro holo dust and golden micro flakes. This polish was based on the 2016 Pantone Spring/Summer shade "Peach Echo."
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, three coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish felt a little thin but did build up nicely.
This reminds me of a Dreamcicle!
