I am finally getting through all my cuccio polishes that have been sitting way too long on my desk. Right now, I'm starting with the "Totally 80's Mixtape" neon collection that came out in Summer 2021. This is cuccio Take On Me, and it was listed as an electric lavender neon creme. I double checked my bottle and my offical, non-professional opinion is that my bottle has faded. This isn't new with neons or purple. I have a lot in my collection that have.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, three coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat since neons dry down matte. The polish was a little bit patchy with 2 coats, but 3 worked out.
