I'm not sure how I grabbed so many blues in my China Glaze stash this week but today I have What I Like About Blue, a turquoise neon with pale golden shimmer. This was from the Summer 2016 Lite Brights collection. This was a giant 12 piece collection that had a bunch of really nice polishes in it.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, three coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish was very thin, and dried down fast being a neon. That also meant it was a matte so I needed the top coat to give it a shine.
