Today's Great Lakes Lacquer polish brought up some big memories for me. Today I have Love At Navy Pier, which was the VIP polish for the 2017 PolishCon Chicago event. This is a deep green/blue polish with holographic shimmer and blue purple shimmer.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, two coats of polish, and finished it with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish did apply really well but it wasn't drying down very well for me. I think it's too humid in my house.
