It's another cuccio Fall/Winter 2022 collection Speakeasy polish called The "It" Girl, and this is listed as a sugar plum shimmer.

I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish, and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal. I wasn't in love with this color but it did apply well.

This was nice but not for me.
