I was shopping in my local Marshalls the other day and saw this bottle of ORLY Shine On Crazy Diamond, and the glitter got me. I am such a sucker for holographic glitter.
I used just one coat over my existing cuccio manicure just to jazz it up a little. I then sealed everything with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat.
So how does this compare to all the other holographic glitters in a clear base that I own? I don't know. That's a post for another day.
