I have my last polish from the latest Pookie Polish Swap and this is Alchemy Lacquers Effervescent from the Peacock Parade collection that I think was released in Summer 2022. This is a beautiful glowy blue polish with green duochrome shimmer.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, three coats of polish and I completely forgot to use top coat but it didn't need it for this shine!
I mean really - look at this!
