The other two OPI x Supergirl polishes that came to me were from the RapiDry line. This is a quick dry, smudge-proof finish lacquer. This is Blush of Power, a light pink pearl polish with a blue iridescent shimmer.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, two coats of polish, and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. The application was easy but it is a sheer pearl so... The way that OPI says to use it is to "shake, shake, shake your shade like no tomorrow" (seriously), then only use one thin coat. It does say to use base and top coat as a "pro-tip."
This is a pretty cute color but I don't know that I'd reach for it personally.
