Today I have the final Morgan Taylor Urban Cowgirl polish called Pumps or Cowboy Boots? This is a purple-based brown creme.

I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish, and finished it with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat.

This is a neat color but I don't see myself ever pulling it again so it' s back in my trade bag.
