Here is the last neon that I have from the Girly Bits Hoop! There It Is collection. This is Get Indie Flow, a violet purple neon.
I used ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge-filling base coat, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. I do really like this one even thought it's got some ugly bottle syndrome going (UBS)!
