Neon yellows... let me tell you. Today from the Girly Bits Hoop! There It Is collection, I have These Hips Don't Lie, a neon highlighter yellow polish.
I used ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge-filling base coat, 3 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish was a little more chalky that my others so far.
You can see a little bit of the chalkiness on a few fingers. This is going in my sale pile.
