Another day, another new-to-me brand! From my Pookie's Polish Swap, this is Zombie Claw, Chemical Xtreme. This is a glow-in-the-dark polish from the October Hella Handmade Creations 2024. This is a green and blue shifting shimmer in a sheer brown base. Turns out this is from their Powder Puff Girls series and this was the 27th in the series.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 3 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish was pretty sheer for me.
I couldn't get it to glow and I tried various light sources.
