Today I have the other KBShimmer that I grabbed from my Helmer from their Mega Flame collection. This is Set in Ocean, a sky blue jelly with silver holo.
I started with duri Rejuvacote 2, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This dries gritty because of the glitter but top coat smoothed it out.
This really does remind me of the ocean!
