I am still on a neon kick and decided to grab the Girly Bits Hoop! There It Is collection from my Helmers. This was an 11 piece collection and I have 8 of them. Today I'm sharing You're My Hooper Hero, which was a neon watermelon/coral pink.
I used ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge-filling base coat, 3 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. The application was like a jelly on the first coat but then got much better.
This is definitely a hot neon. I did feel like it stained just a little so be sure to double up on your base coat. This polish has been discontinued.
