Probably my favorite part of the Girly Bits Hoop! There It Is collection was this beautiful black and white glitter topper that is filled with micro-holographic glitter called You Spin Me Round. I decided to layer it over all the polishes from the collection. Let's get into it!
For all of these swatches, I added one coat of You Spin Me Round and then added one coat of cuccio High Gloss top coat.
