I have another new to me brand today - this is Cat Tail Nails with the polish Grow In The Dark, a blue teal glow in the dark polish with teal, white, and purple glitter. This was from the Polish Pickup in January 2023.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, three coats of polish, and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal. This polish was very jelly on the first coat but did build up.
So this polish was a bit weird for me and I'm not sure why I couldn't get it to the end of my pinkie's sidewall. I'm happy to gift this one away and maybe someone else can get it to work.
I tried to get the glow in the dark to work but it wasn't charging.
This brand appears to have closed shop.
