I was trying to clean out another Helmer and somehow grabbed a bunch of China Glaze polishes - some I had already featured here on my blog. However, I hadn't worn Electric Lilac yet. This is a light purple jelly base with mylar flakies throughout it. This was part of the Specialty Colors collection that came out in 2009.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish, and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. This polish was a little hard to work with - clumpy with the flakies.
It's pretty but I don't see myself wearing it again so it's going in my swap bag. I'm about to package another Pookie's Polish Swap this weekend and maybe this will go in it.
