For years I've been looking for THE perfect grey and this love, Angeline Did You Say Peppercorn? has been the closest I've gotten. This matte slate grey has a teeny tiny bit of blue flash and I will cry when I finally run out of it.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, two coats of polish, and finished with a quick dry top coat.
