Today, I grabbed Morgan Taylor To Rule Or Not To Rule, from the Holiday 2013 Royal Life collection. This is a purple/magenta tinted polish with tons of purple/magenta glitter.

I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, three coats of polish and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat.

So my bottle was a bit of a mess - literally. There was leaked polish in the lid so I took that all apart of cleaned it. And then the polish itself was just... chunky? I added KBShimmer Restoration Drops polish thinner and that helped a TON. This is still a thirsty glitter and needs some top coat love.
