Happy Sunday! Here are 3 more blogs.
First today is Happy Berry Naiad. Owner Berry is from Singapore and features a lot of polish that I haven't seen before. She has medium length nails and does some nail art, but mostly just posts swatches which is great because again, most of it is all so new to me!
Next is I Love Nail Polish. Owner Wan lives in Canada and has long nails. She does feature a lot of nail art but also provides picture tutorials which is great. She also posted a ton of uniquely flavored KitKats which I just recently found out about in the past 2 years and I'm dying to try. She's been on a bit of a break but it's still fun to read her archives.
Last today is Konaddict. She has been on a bit of a break, but you can still search her blog for Konad tutorials. She wears gel nails but they are medium length and her tutorials seem very easy to replicate which is great for a non-artist like myself.
Enjoy!
Zoya Stacy
10.09.2010
My best friend and roommate in college was named Stacy. It was rare that people remembered there wasn't an "e" in her name. Stacy is listed as a mahogany red cream in the Zoya Wonderful 2010 Fall collection. I really do enjoy Zoya - I'm glad that I found out about it through the blogging world. The nearest place to physically but Zoya is over an hour away but I did hear they have been seen at Ulta (also, an hour away), but of course you can buy online directly from their website, which is nice because they always have great customer service and shipping costs and turn around.
I used a base coat of Zoya Anchor, 2 coats of Stacy and a top coat of Zoya Armor. The color actually goes on a lot lighter with the first cost and darkens up with the second - pictures tell the story.
The formula was really nice with Stacy - instead of being a lighter red like the 1 coat, it's more of a darkened wine color. Look familiar? I'll have a comparison post tomorrow.
There is 1 coat on the ring finger but 2 coats on the rest of my hand - when I originally picked the color of stain for my cabinets, I picked "mahogany" but my cabinets look a lot lighter than Stacy right here.
In the shade, you can see that Stacy darkens up a bit. It's definitely more red than brown, and while this was listed as a fall color, I see how it would be pretty in winter too!
Zoya [official website] can be purchased on their website for $7/bottle.

Barielle Wool You Marry Me?
10.08.2010
Barielle Wool You Marry Me? is listed as a plum brown creme from the Style in Argyle Fall 2010 collection. It definitely seemed more wine plum looking to me, almost a dark raspberry? If you think this looks like a certain Zoya, you are very close, but more on that later.
I used a base coat of Seche Natural, 2 coats of Wool You Marry Me? and a top of Seche Vite. The formula was very nice - not too thick, not runny. I think this would look better on longer nails but I'm still rocking the nubbins.
As you can see, in the sun, you can see just how warm this color is. In the original promo pictures, I thought this was WAY more brown than it really is - which is good because I'm still nervous about wearing brown polish... I think it's just too dark for me, but nope this was really more of a red for me.
Now in the shade the color darkens up but it still reminds me of more of a rum raisin in my little mind. I never thought I'd be this bad at telling colors until I had to find ways to explain literally every color on the planet. ^_^ Yay for variety though!

Revlon Autumn Berry
10.07.2010
I live in a semi-small town and rarely have a place to buy polish outside of Sally's. I have a Wal-Mart and an HEB, but that's it. My HEB decided to remodel the entire store and in their moving of cosmetics, I noticed a bunch of Revlon's with a $2 off ticket attached. I realized I didn't own and Revlon and took the opportunity to grab one.
Autumn Berry is a wine red with a tiny bit of gold in it. However, the gold was more in the bottle than anything else. It's definitely a shimmer and a good fall color at that. I used a base of Seche Natural, 2 coats of Autumn Berry and a top of Seche Vite. The formula was good - no pooling/not thick.
In the sun you can see a tiny bit of the gold shimmer - it wasn't very pronounced though.
In the shade, the color is much darker red - like a berry wine.
Indirect sun was my favorite here. You can see the shimmer but also the base color well. Overall it was worth
Revlon can be found in several grocery and drug stores - price may vary from $3-5. Check out their website for more information. You can also follow them on Twitter or like them on Facebook.

Urban Decay Eyeliners
10.06.2010
Clicking this image will take you to Urban Decay's website. I do not receive any revenue for your clicks.
I've said it before, I'm obsessed with Urban Decay. When I saw this email, I immediately clicked on it to buy these eyeliners. Urban Decay's 24/7 Eyeliners are the ONLY ones that I have been able to use on my waterline without the liner running into my eyes. I love Zero (their zealous black) and enjoy Ransom (bright iridescent purple) but this includes NINE of them, so I'm stoked. I already have a full size of Zero (two actually), and a mini of Whiskey from the NAKED palette, and a full sized & mini Ransom (from the Book of Shadows 3), but WHO CARES. Eyeliner is awesome. Hah.
Three Things
Three things people.
(1) It is NEVER okay to use your blog to bash another blogger, ESPECIALLY for blog views (people reading your dumb drama). If you have a problem with a blogger, put your big girl pants on, and talk to them. This is not related to me, but rather to a blogger that I enjoy following, and what I saw today flat out irritated me. She is being bashed, and for NO good reason, and I'm irritated. rawr.
(2)I want some GOSH Holographic polish. I'm trying to figure out a way to get it here to my house, so if you know someone in the States that sells it, please let me know. You can leave it in the comments or email it to me at krystal@polishgalore.com (PS: I found their USA website but they don't have GOSH Holographic specifically) Fulfilled! Thank you so much to Martje from Girly Addictions for the trade of GOSH Holographic for deborah lippmann Happy Birthday!
(3) emeraldsparkled of Twitter, who owns the blog of the same name made this awesome little graphic which I'm using in my blog now. If you'd like to do the same, please message her (she does recolors too!)
That will be all. <3

Barielle Aura Angora
From the Fall 2010 Style in Argyle collection, Barielle's Aura Angora is a royal gold creme, that reminded me of mustard to be honest. There was an episode of the Girls Next Door (one of the few I saw), where one of the girls was going all over New York City looking for "yellow mustard" but all the vendors had was a brownish mustard. While this isn't truly a brown yellow, I was reminded of it while swatching this color.
I used a base coat of Seche Natural, only one fully opaque coat of Aura Angora, and a top of Seche Vite. The formula was just a tiny bit thick, but for a yellow to be opaque and not streaky in one coat is an amazing feat.
As you can see in the sun, this isn't a neon yellow by any means. The hint of brown (seen in all the colors of this collection) is apparent, but it's still a pretty fall color.
In the shade, the color really reminded me of the brown mustard from the TV show mentioned above, but it's definitely a gold color - almost like a tarnished gold? I think this would be great in nail art as well.

Zoya Shawn
Zoya Shawn was a green creme in the Wicked/Wonderful Fall 2010 Collection and at first, I just wasn't sure how I'd like this color. It's darker than a Granny Smith apple, but not so dark that it was black (which I'm just not loving the blackened colors).
The formula on this was great. I used a base of Zoya Anchor, 2 coats of Shawn although I probably could have gotten away with one, and a top of Zoya Armor.
I'm still debating on how I like this color for me. I think it would be amazing in nail art, but as a whole color, it's just so bold. Great for women who don't mind people staring at their hands, because this is a BOLD green.
Here in the shade, the color doesn't hide either. It's still nice and bold - just a great green. It reminds me of the color of money in cartoons. ^_^
Zoya [official website] can be purchased on their website for $7/bottle.
