What's with these bottles being impossible to see. This is China Glaze Smoke and Ashes from the Capitol Collection... this was supposed to be District 12 - Coal. This is a super dark base (pretty much black) with green/blue shimmer.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish, and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. This polish applied well but it's just not for me.
