This is my next LOUD Lacquer from my 17th Pookie's Polish Swap and today is Wynette, a cerulean blue shredded glitter that was named after the CEO's mother-in-law.
I started with cuccio Base Coat and two coats of polish before finishing with quick dry top coat. On my index & middle fingers, I had a base coat of China Glaze Millennium.
I love how well this polish reflects off everything. This polish is currently sold out.
